What are the five lessons I learned from my dogs?

PinExt What are the five lessons I learned from my dogs?

I love dogs.  I have adopted over 40 years now.

They all have been great teachers.  Here are five lessons I have learned from my dogs:

1.  Be yourself.  My dogs will always be a dog and a family member. She’s  not close to a horse or another animal.  Be human and humane to your best friend.

2.  Eat healthy.  I believe it is truth.  Clean out your pantry and donate to others.  Take a baby step and read labels before buying.

3.  Exercise.  My bones have no aches.  I exercise and eating properly.  Take your dog on a nice walk.  Dress appropriately.  Enjoy every step.

4.  Attitude.  The right attitude counts. My dog can have a bad attitude. Yes.  When she sees a vegetable that is bigger than a speck.  She spits it out. Bad attitude dog she can be.

5.   Happy.  My dog is happy. She wages her tail often. When she decides her morning ride is ready, she gives my husband a special look.  She smiles too.

These are the five lessons I learned useful in life, business and relationships.

I love my dog.  Do you?  Treat them right and they will if not now soon love you.

“No animal I know of can consistently be more of a friend and companion than a dog.”
