Connecting Your Key to Health and Wealth to Your Mind and Garden
By: Carol Giambri

Did you ever wonder if you can eat healthier and how much sickness or a poor diet is costing your pocketbook? Can you see your "wealth" robbed and turned over as medical expenses to your doctor? It's time to take charge and change if you want to have more energy and build a greater business or spend more time with the family.
The greatest wealth is health.  ~Virgil
A healthy mind can help make this happen. It's called a mindset or a belief system. If you say you can't or no then you are right.  The words that we speak silently or heard by our ears are powerful.  Eating closer to the garden is fun and easy without being a "pocket" drainer.  Money, part of the wealth system, is a great vehicle to help other people, foundations or ministries move forward with their plans.
"Everything is possible, you've just got to find a way to make it work." –Wally Amos

The backseat driver here agrees with Wally because…

Ask the person who got "axed" or quit the job…

Sometimes the ticket to regaining your health can by leaving a position you thought was stable till your day of promotion came for you or the employer where the words "goodbye" came forth.  Is that the end of "your" world. It is if you believe it is.  That's what I will be writing about in upcoming mindset teachings.  If we believe something is it is.  If I think I am deprived not eating dairy or animal products then my mind agrees.  It's a mindset of how we believe.  We can change our mind through training and beliefs.

For this person more sleep, ulcerated colitis gone and skin bump is getting smaller.   Was this a miracle or a promotion to your freedom train to create your own business and wealth system?  To feel healthier without health challenges to me one "form" of wealth.

A Big Heart Not Bitter but Better
Day of Freedom is Your Promotion…

Let's quickly get into the health aspect and later look for future writings on this topic.  Even as a business person do you realize how expensive it is to get well after being sick? Sickness cost big dollars.  A real time robber and financial drain to your wealth.

Wealth and health or is it health is wealth….

It All Adds Up–Dollars and Cents
Plan to remove these bad fats from your diet and lessen the fear of heart attack or stroke, or our need for medications to control high blood pressure. Or, the need to have a stent or by-passes. These bad fats may clog up your arteries and cut off blood flow. Oh gosh.

In all animal flesh and dairy products are bad fats. For example:

  • 3.5 ounces of extra lean hamburger contains 16 grams of bad fat
  • Cow mild, pasteurized, derives 50% of its calories from bad fat
What's left to eat…weeds, flowers or the dirt?

Eat from the garden mainly, yours all year round including indoors, farmers market or supermarkets. Health is wealth! Love your health!! And say….

Say "I Love You" to yourself NOW!

Reflecting and Acting…

You can change your road to wealth through your health choices, mindset or a garden.  How about choosing to implement all three and see the results? Starting with one is great too.  Get the kids involved in the garden and bring health back into the kitchen building together as wealthy family.  Go natural, go organic but start.    Choose organic gardening.

P.S. My free kids 7 keys ebook is still available. Let's stay connected this way.

Carol, another great post! Love this quote: "The greatest wealth is health." And this is so true! Thank you so much for sharing this post with us and I love the photos you have used within this post! :)

Absolutely there is a connection between wealth and health. If don't have any, the worries work on us in a bad way. If we DO have the money and we don't know what to do with it, it works on us. The best way is have healthy wealth, which means that wealth doesn't have in pride or other unhealthy attitudes. The blessing of the Lord makes us rich and He add NO sorrows to it!

Thanks for this article Carol. I often discuss with people, which is more important "your health" or "your wealth"? It is often a tough one for them to answer until they suffer some kind of illness. I don't know the perfect answer, but what I do know that eating and being health is necessary to stay around this wonderful place called earth!

I too love this quote I found Anastasiya.  It is amazing the connection and without money it sometimes very hard to get medical services unless you know here in USA how to get around the system. Thanks for your comment and compliment.

Donovan, It seems like a vicious cycle, but truly if you don't have your health the money you can have could be sucked up by sickness; or, looking at it another way if you don't have your health what good is sickness?  Just my thoughts. Thanks for sharing.

Olga, So true.  Glad we found HIM and are following HIS ways.  HE removes all our sorrows and brings us joy in the morning if we understand that concept.

I love this article and  believe wealth and health should go hand in hand. Just thinking about my late father who couldn't buy his health with money. Health is wealth because if there is no health, our effort in creating wealth is limited.

Great article!  I have found that the better I eat, the more productive I am to do the work that has been set out before me…thus bringing wealth into my life!  Thanks for another great post Carol!

Claudia, so sad about dad.  Sometimes people don't know how to change, but may want to but  not sure where to start. I hope for all I can make that difference. Thanks for sharing.

SO TRUE CAROL….Health IS wealth. Being healthy is so important. Thanks for this article!

Carol, what would you suggest now that snow is blanketing the northeast? I tend to buy fresh stuff flown in from the southern hemisphere, but in fact, I also eat more canned goods. Farmers markets are so seasonal around here… and I am not keen on taking the time to learn canning.

Solvita January 23, 2012 at 12:46 pm

Thank you Carol, love the pictures ~ especially Molly in the car :) Yes ~ mind and food go well together and organic food is so healthy for our well being! What can be more important than health? You are doing so great teaching people how to eat healthy and not only…

Hughie Bagnell January 23, 2012 at 1:22 pm

Hi Carol…"Health certainly is Wealth"…we can not attach a price or a value to it, it is invaluable! Excellent article…Thanks for sharing, Hughie

Carol Giambri January 24, 2012 at 1:59 am

Thanks Hughie for your comments. I’m with you — can’t attach a price or value to health. Pays to work towards always being well and when not the case, work towards getting it back.

Carol Giambri January 24, 2012 at 2:00 am

Solvita, thank you so much for your sweet comment. I try to encourage people to enjoy the fun of eating healthy and not get stuck thinking it is too expensive. Much more expensive to be sick and try to get well. Glad you love Molly in the car.

Carol Giambri January 24, 2012 at 2:03 am

Diane, if it were me I would get into sprouting seeds and it really only adds up to a few cents to grow and enjoy as well; I’m not into canning. I always have a full freezer of organic fruits and veggies from Costco on hand when the weather turns rotten to keep me trapped inside. Also Diane have you thought of container gardening for herbs and maybe some lettuces provided you have the lighting and the water requirements. Nothing like harvesting fresh herbs for a salad or a main dish. I sure hope you are not trapped in by the snow.

Carol Giambri January 24, 2012 at 2:04 am

Lori, Thanks for commenting about health is wealth. It is priceless to keep around as sickness model is a challenge but possible to restore.
