When was the last time you shopped for fresh peppers at your Farmer’s Market or grocery store?
I can tell you there are so many varieties since the days of me shopping for just plain green peppers.
Have you ever considered why you may want to try some variety of color to your meals?
Here are two reasons:

When was the last time you shopped for fresh peppers at your Farmer’s Market or grocery store?

I can tell you there are so many varieties since the days of me shopping for just plain green peppers.

Have you ever considered why you may want to try some variety of color to your meals?

Here are two reasons:

1. Color

2. Flavor

My favorite color is red. It is super sweet and looks so pretty on the plate. It is alsoo beautiful. For these two reasons I can’t go wrong in buying power. It appears that the red ones are pricey, but well worth the money.

My challenge to you today is look for colored peppers, see what you can buy and try using them in different meals. You could be surprised!

Cheers till we talk again.

Today my hubby brought home not one, but three of these orange melons. Wow, what a flavor. If you have never gone beyond the normal fruits you are used to eating, give this one a try or another fruit. I can tell you this one was very juicy. His trick is to smell them. Mine is to feel. Regardless of your own trick to selecting the perfect one, give this melon a try. I prefer organic always, but not always available.

Look for this fruit at the farmer’s market or even grocery store.

Enjoy a big of fruit today.

Oh, my VIP one day in COlorado program is coming along well. It’s one woman, one you, one me, one day helping you transition to healthy eating lifestyle shaving off years from your learning curve (as I did that for you), save time, money and energy. I bet you can feel better too. Think of adding in a form of exercise. Coaching follow up is included in my program too. Over 35 years of experience I can help ya transition! I love eating and living this way!

Oh, my giving gift idea free report is available and gets you on my mailing list too.

I played around waiting for our Colorado weather to change and got a late start. Thankfully the farmer’s market Market people didn’t wait and I am blessed to take advantage of buying from their the freshest produce right now. I love supporting their hard work and their hands.

From one end of the table, fill your bag up offers, I can find corn, peppers, onions, tomatoes, string beans, cucumbers and many more veggies of different colors and varieties. Am I alone in getting so excited when I see the array of colors that I can buy and prepare with my meals.

In case you don’t know much about me I love eating fresh as best as I find this is the quickest way for me to free up lots of time during the day. With many decades of eating this way, I choose healthy choices that are generally unprocessed when I buy items or even prepare my own.

Here’s three action steps to introduce you to ways to use fresh peppers:

Buy different two colors or varieties
Add them fresh as topping to a soup
Dice them or slice them thin to add into salads

NOTE:
Have you heard about my VIP day here in CO for one woman, one day, one me with you. Learn how to transition to a healthy eating lifestyle that saves time, money, energy plus shaves off years of learning so you can find more energy doing what you love doing!

It’s not always natural to change but then again it may be necessary. Let’s get a real example going here. If you are surrounding yourself with people who discount your goals, give you their excuses they want you to believe, then they may be tearing down your dreams instead of being a dream builder to you. Is there value to having these type of people around you? Personally I would say no, but then again at this hour it is me writing it.

Today reflect on the changes you know you need, don’t always want, and weigh the benefits of not changing to making that change.

Why another recipe book you may ask? I agree. Not all voices resonate with the other person. Gotta find the fit that fits your shoe size perfect without compromising.

I have over 35+ years of experience living this lifestyle. I feel my recipes and/or VIP days for women can help accelerate your learning curve. I am not thinking days shaved off but years. So why not check in with yourself and see if what I am sharing here makes sense for you to invest in.

My husband recovered from epilepsy over 35 years ago. Little did he prepare to become sick, and neither did I ever see anyone in this condition. For some change of lifestyle comes with a hit on the head as a wake up call.

Please sign my email list for the pdf offer as well.
Till we chat again, adopt a healthy eating and lifestyle if you choose. I can say the dividends paid off. It however has been decades. You are still on time. If you are aging second by second, which you are, then maybe bump up the learning curve.

I love finding fruit trees but short in finding in my community where roaming animals are fenced in and loving it. We have acreage here in this country setting, but out fruit trees my husband still blames on the soil. I know he put good soil in and not lacking water I am baffled on why the fruit trees haven’t produced after years yet.

There are many fruits out there. Choose fresh or frozen. Choose ripe or under-ripe, choose red or yellow apples, or different varieties. Today we are not talking about any of this stuff. We are going to talk about the sweet and sour fruits. These an be aimed at relationships, adventures you love or hate, or however you see the opposite of sweet or sour.

So to sum it up fast, when developing relationships in friends, in business, shopping for new equipment, or choosing who to spend your life or time with you may look at these as opportunities to explore. Some people are heavenly to be around, others are like toxic fumes.

Today your sweet or sour fruits can be helpful or harmful in your life. I know you will look at fruits in your life in a new way today. I never evaluated them this way till I got a “shower revelation moment..”

Enjoy you day and life with fruitful choices!

Cheers,
