Life doesn’t quit when sick
Posted by: | CommentsToday I am working on getting over this nasty flu. Hardly ever sick, but still life goes on, I am breathing, resting and knowing that I must be true to my audience, ladies here 50ish, mid or above, so I’m sharing a few words here to encourage you.
I look at the single mom or dad, today who has kids to care for and no help. Would they just give up and let the house run on it’s own? I think the single parent doesn’t take vacation when sick. So, why would I? I believe rest is important and I know I will be jumping back on my two feet soon. I am need wisdom and rest as my formula to staying in the game of life.
I may not be doing what I normally would be doing, but this is my down season I may call it, but not for long.
So concluding this post here, what can you do to keep staying in this game of live, breathing second by second to not quit on yourself. Others may depend on you as they may be me down the road.
I want to find ways to help women in this age range to be able to get or continue to smile with implants or teeth to be taken care of. If I quit I would feel I am not carrying out one of my goals here. I want to give to others who needing a helping hand, not a hand out.
How are you helping others? Does it take money to pay the dentist or vet bill? Yes. So money is important not just for paying the bills but to be able to help others.
Think about this:
I have cousin a few months older than me who needed assisted device for survival. It was about an oxygen tank married to her for months. I encouraged her and today I am proud to report only for a few months did she need that. She could have quit, but she didn’t. She back in the game of life. You hung in. Way to go Linda!
No to quitting, yes to living second by second aging.

Health is wealth
Posted by: | CommentsI am writing to you reflecting of my own experiences. You may have other beliefs, but I am not about to judge your opinion, but share mine here.
I do believe that if you are good or great health you are blessed to save money and feel wealthy. If you are spending all your hard earned or money you saved on sickness and medicines it can bankrupt you. From what I see I believe many people are over medicated. I am not a medical practitioner here so I am not giving out advise but things to help you see perhaps your buying power a little differently.
Let me give you my husband’s story. He was diagnosed with epilepsy over 30 years ago. It didn’t run in the family. It happened one night and diagnosed in the hospital for that sudden occurrence. I was health oriented at this point so drugs was something he took out of emergency while I checked things out. For 10 days he did drugs, per his doctor’s orders, but then my search showed there were other alternative options.
In six weeks he got all better and has remained that way since.
So I believe we were wealthy in our decision to go an alternative route for us. I can’t say for you the route, but for us it worked.
Can drugs make you feel, old, look tired and more? Many do have side effects they say so do an online search of what that is. I can’t speak on that behalf if it makes you look old either, but you figure it out.
In my search I discovered this website: http://www.drlam.com/aboutme.asp.
I have not used his services but I do have a question and may just check him out.
How about taking your health challenge, looking up alternative treatment for whatever it is and see if there are natural supplements or fruits and veggies that can help you. Of course check with your medical practitioner always. They have the medical degree and I don’t.
May your great health make you feel like a million bucks as you age!
Toasting to your great health with a carrot, celery, beet drink my juicer makes. In USA I can have new ones shipped to you.

Enjoy great health or if not the case perhaps considering some alternatives may be something to explore. No endorsements here, but the way I saw hubby healed.
Cheers,

Passive aggressive words sting with wrong message
Posted by: | CommentsAs some of you followers realize I write a lot based on emotions and today got triggered to share this.
Here’s a video of an incident that happened today that stung me not only in the pocketbook but gave me the opportunity to reflect on how people see things differently — sometimes unintentionally. When I am referring to passive aggressive words I am referring to something like this. Saying to some “great job” and then you fire them. Ouch!
Cheers till we chat again.
